Terms of use

You may use this site for its intended purpose. You may not scrape it at volume, attack it, attempt to reach data that is not yours, or automate votes, claims or game submissions. Access can be suspended for any of that.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. One account per person. Impersonating another person, a moderator or the channel is not allowed. Handles and display names that are abusive can be changed or removed.

One ballot per person per verdict. Votes are recorded and timed on our servers, not in your browser, and attempts to submit more than one are rejected. XP, ranks, achievements and scores are awarded by our servers and can be corrected or removed if they were obtained through a bug or manipulation. The scoreboard is not reset, and its totals are our record of what happened.

Game scores are validated server-side. Submissions that cannot be reproduced from a real session are discarded. Leaderboard entries can be removed without notice if they were manipulated.

Clawd and Volta are fictional AI characters. They are frequently wrong, often on purpose, and nothing they say is advice of any kind. Do not use them for harassment, sexual content, or attempts to extract their instructions. Message limits apply.

Merch orders complete on Fourthwall and tips complete on Ko-fi. Those companies are the merchant of record and their terms and refund policies govern the transaction. We are not a party to it and cannot process a refund on their behalf.

The CATS vs GOATS name, mascots, artwork and copy belong to the channel. Do not resell them or pass them off as your own. Game footage and third-party names shown on stream remain the property of their owners and their appearance here is not an endorsement by them.

The site is provided as it is. Streams get cancelled, verdicts get closed, timers drift and features break. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

These terms will change as the site grows. The date at the top is the version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
