THE FOOD FIGHT

Clawd and Volta throw lunch at each other across a barnyard. Nobody gets hurt. Somebody gets full.

2026-10-16 · one attempt

You can play the daily board signed out — nothing will be recorded. Make an account and your result lands on today's board.

The daily feed

One board, one wind, one opponent — the same for everybody, all day. You play Clawd against THE REGULAR. One attempt.

Twenty throws each. Fill your opponent to a hundred and they are FULLY FED. Run out of throws and it goes on points.

How the food fight works

It is a turn-based artillery game — the same shape as Worms, Scorched Earth or Pocket Tanks — with one thing swapped out. Nothing here is a weapon and nobody is hurt. The meter under each mascot is APPETITE, food fills it, and a fighter on zero is FULLY FED and sits the rest of the match out.

You set an angle and a power, pick something off the lunch table, and throw. The wind is shown as a number and an arrow before you commit, and it never changes mid-flight — every miss is yours. Miss long, miss short, then split the difference: that bracket is the whole game, and the faint ghost line is your own last throw, kept on screen so you can read it.

The ground is destructible. Every throw that lands digs a crater, and after a dozen throws the board you started on is not the board you are finishing on — which is usually the moment somebody ends up standing on a spike with no cover left.

Each side gets 20 throws. If neither fighter is full when they run out, it goes on points and the one with more appetite left takes it.

What is on the lunch table

FoodRoundsSplashWindWhat it is for
TUNA TINunlimited38someNever runs out. Never impresses anyone either.
HAY BALE358barelyHeavy. The wind gives up on it. Shortest reach in the barn.
MILK JUG348a lotHalf a jug of air. Point it upwind and pray.
SLOP BUCKET228someSplits at the top into three smaller regrets.

Who you are throwing at

THE INTERN
Does not believe in wind. Will still get lucky once.
THE REGULAR
Reads the wind most of the way and closes in three.
THE SPOILER
Nearly perfect, and it cannot throw steeper than 62°.

None of the three throws at random. All three solve the shot properly and then miss by a margin that shrinks with every attempt — so they open wide, walk in, and get dangerous. Every one of them has a weakness you can find, and the hardest one has the largest: it physically cannot throw steeper than 62°, so a fighter dug in behind a tall ridge is a fighter it has no answer for.

The boards

THE DAILY FEED is one board a day, the same terrain, wind and opponent for everybody, one attempt, and it resets at midnight UTC. QUICK MATCH is unlimited and keeps your best result of all time. Both need an account, both are free, and neither has anything to do with the eternal scoreboard — only !cat and !goat in Twitch chat ever score a verdict.

More small games are in the arcade, and every score lands on the leaderboard.
